COVID-19 UPDATE | 23rd March 2020

If you are diagnosed or awaiting a diagnosis result for Covid-19, you should remain in isolation until you have medical clearance. For customers who are feeling unwell, please contact the Covid-19 health line for advice regarding testing:

Any customers unable to meet their requirements due to quarantine should call but not attend Centrelink to obtain an exemption. Any requirements or mutual obligations will be rescheduled so as not to impact your income support.
